    Hi there,

maybe try valerian, I've not tried myself yet but something I'm looking into as an alternative to wean me off these dreaded things!

Or look up natural zopiclone alternatives, there's many others... After lots of research I thought valerian may be the best but make your own mind up which products are most suitable for you.

there are also lots of foods that induce natural sleep too, again google is your friend 😀

hope you find something that works for you xx

Hi, the only drug that I've found helps that's even OTC, is Diphenhydramine, which is available as Nytol in 25mg or 50s (get the 50s as they're easy to split in half if they're too strong. NOT the Nytol Herbal although I've heard they work for some. These work so well for me I'm really pleased.
