Are the bumps inside of the entrance of my vagina normal?!?

Ive been having burning sensation in my vagina for a month now . it started right after having rough sex this one night and from then on i felt irritation and burning down there . Also pain during sex. I have been having white clumpy discharge and sometimes yellow greenish discharge. I though it was a yeast infection so i got monistat 1 day and it didn't help, i thought it was bv and bought boric acid and that didnt help, so i went to get tested for trich ,gonorrhea ,syphilis,hiv,and chlamydia. But all came back negative. Drs tested my urine and said it was a uti. im taking antibiotics rn but the burning doesnt seem to go away. Ive been looking online and i think the bumps in my vagina might be causing my burning. i think they are hpv warts. Can anybody help? Im going to get tested for hpv soon. In the image i am pushing out the bumps so u can see better. I want to know is it normal to have bumps like this in the entrance or do they look like warts?

you look like you have an yeast infection or bv it's very irritating and itchy and it you scratch it burns... you need antibiotics for the yeast infection or bv but antibiotics can cause yeast infections

thanks for the reply! so the dr said it wasnt warts and that it might be bv and prescribed antibiotics and vag gel. My first day i cant really feel a difference. the burning is still there but hopefully after the full 5 days i feel a difference.
