"Osler's Web" is a book often recommended here in the U.S. I haven't read it myself.

I've read more than the ones I've listed, but these I consider the best.

    1.  M.E., Myself and I by K.C. Finn

    2.  The Mystery of Pain by Douglas Nelson

    3.  Beyond Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome by the U.S. Institue of Medicine of the National Archives

    4. A Beginner's Guide to ME/CFS by Nancy Blake

    5. 150 Tips for Everyday Living with ME/CFS by Anna Cayder

    6.  Making Sense of Fibromyalgia by Daniel J Wallace MD and Janice Brock Wallace, MPA

    7.  Fibromyalgia: The Final Chapter by Dan Goldenberg MD

I hope some of these help.
