Are there any contraindications when vaccinating a child with severe eczema?

My partner and I cannot agree upon whether to vaccinate our daughter who has had severe eczema and allergies since 6 months of age. I can't find much information about the specific risks in our case. She (and her anti-vax friends) all claim there is a great risk due to her allergies and intolerances.

    I do not think someone can answer that question apart from people that give out the vaccines. I do not know much about it myself.
