Are these all symptoms of anxiety?

I have been feeling unwell like something is physically wrong with me, I feel tired mostly, stressed, can't focus, shortness of breath and I feel like I need to faint, feel warm sensations throughout my entire body, but I'm still alive. I feel so detached from myself and insane, is this all just anxiety? If so, can anyone relate to what I'm going through? My doctor normally tells me I'm healthy and that I stress myself out too much for someone who is young and healthy. I'm normally just home alone when I get out of work. I only go out to work and grocery shop for important things I need for the house. I don't really see family as much since they been avoiding to try not to get sick from covid, which is understandable as I'm terrified myself on getting the virus. I'm in my early 20s and I can't stop stressing about my health. My doctor recommended for me to go out more to help me clear my thoughts and get things off my mind, but with the cases getting worst I'm not sure if I should take the risk. Also, whenever I do go to the ER since I'm experiencing something that seems life threatening to me, they just look at me like I'm crazy and do normal physical checks on me and say they found nothing wrong and that I have anxiety.

I am sorry you are going through this. You are not alone. I have the same symptoms as you. I even did a whole blood test because i thought there was something physically wrong with me but there wasn't. I don't even wanna get out of my house because when i walk i feel like i am losing balance and about to faint! Some days i seem fine some days it seems worse. Its hard for me to go outside to especially if i am alone it makes me feel very scared. Go out for a short walk maybe near your home somewhere you feel secure. Fresh air well help you clear your mind! Its okay not to go out sometimes its okay to be afraid. Take a deep breath take things slowly one day at a time! You will be okay you will overcome your anxiety and fears. Good luck! I hope this helped
