found these bumps on the base of my dick and im really scared me and my gf have been together for a year and a half and we live together so i know she hasnt cheated and ive never noticed them before

you are lucky! this look like moluscum contagiosum, it doesn't cause cancer (unlike some HPV warts) , however..they are contagious and will spread when you shave (especially when you cut them), you need to go to a dermathologist and have the burned off ✌
