Are these common anxiety symptoms?

I have very bad health anxiety and been dealing with my anxiety for over 7 years now, it just seems to be getting worst, even though I try to keep myself busy so I don't focus too much on my symptoms and start to feel depressed mostly. It just happens so randomly and I hate feeling like this, I wish my anxiety can leave for good and just feel happier again and more alive. The symptoms I get is feeling detached, I get very moody randomly and start getting upset easily, I feel like a zombie, I have no energy, easily fatigued, always feel like my life is in danger, even though I'm still here and doing fine physically.. Are these common symptoms? If so, how can I reduce them? I just started recently seeing a therapist, I'm just hoping I can live a normal life again soon, without having any fears.

yes those are very common symptoms of anxiety. I’m glad you found a counselor. Keep going and talking even if you start to feel better. You need that support now.

Some of the things you can do are the counseling, get some exercise daily, stay hydrated, listen to some relaxing meditations for anxiety, pratice deep breathing , there are some really great talks on anxiety and how to manage it found on YouTube. Hundreds of them.take one day at a time. some days are better than others just go with the flow.

Try not to overthink and worry too much about it because that makes the symptoms worse.

Hi Shanny, I'm going through the same symptoms too and I know how scary they can be when you don't know how to control your anxiety symptoms, but like what Jan and Sasical said, it's 100% a very common anxiety symptom that can happen. I have this 24/7, I'm used to it, but I'm hoping you can overcome it one day and know you will be just fine. Glad you're see a therapist, just make sure you follow up on who you're seeing, it will take awhile though to see progress, that the therapy is working, but trust me, you will feel much better once you get the help you need on how to overcome your anxiety. Take care and don't give up!
