Are these cysts/ingrown hairs or something else?

On my right testicle and more recently foreskin, I have these spots with a white centre, but it tends to look red around each spot. I'm sure they aren't pimples, because I had the first one on my testicle for what feels longer than a year, and a few months ago the spots on my foreskin formed and haven't gone away, I think they seem to be getting larger. I think its to do with hair follicles or sebaceous cyst as I've had more hair recently could that be it? I don't understand why it's been like this for a long time and hasn't gone away if its a hair follicle. I haven't had a partner before so it's not anything to do with that, I get anxious to talk about it to my GP admittedly .

Are the ones on your foreskin are the same as these? I do agree with your explanation of hair follicles or sebaceous cysts for the ones you show in the images - but why you have so many that look like this seems rather strange.

Do you want to post an image of your foreskin spots?

I think the best thing to do would be to take the safe approach and get these checked out. See discussing things like this as a positive attribute, despite the angst and embarrassment we may naturally feel. GP's are looking at patient genitals all the time, and by the end of the week would not give any recollection as to your individual 'privates'. The alternative is any Sexual Health Center or GUM Clinic, and no, you do not need to be sexually active.

When we have health issues that are concerning us the best people to see are health professionals ....

They are. The second and third picture is my foreskin underside where most are and where their in clusters. There is none from what I can see on the front. I've made a GP appointment so I can put my mind at rest - getting past the angst and natural embarrassment like you said.
