Are these female genital herpes?

Yesterday I found these yellow spots around my inner labia. What do you think they are? They are not painful and do not ooze. I discovered them when I was about to put a tampon in. I had unprotected sex five days ago and I am unaware of his previous sexual health history.

I am hopping they are not genital herpes or another STI / STD.

What do you think?

      Hi, thank you for replying.

I started my period two days ago and before that I did not notice any white discharge, it was more brown maybe because of my period but a lot of it. I'm going to look more into yeast infection symptoms.

hi, the white bumps you have are normal and are called fordyce spots. They will not cause any itchness or anything like that. Certain times they do look a little more prominent that other days and probably due tonyour cycle. You have not had any other outbreak of bumos or sores ?

Sorry for replying to an old comment but do they get more pronounced during a period? I also noticed such spots today and I don't recall ever seeing them before, and I'm currently on my period as well.
