help!
the last couple weeks i have noticed a change in my labia minora... its bumpy and feels like there are wrinkles, and there are yellow-ish, white-ish lumps or patches only on the one side... could this be fordyce spots or something completely different? its causing me a lot of anxiety!

The pictures aren't so clear but everything looks normal. Looks like fordyce/sebaceous glands. Does it hurt? I also recently noticed enlarged fordyce so I did a lot of research, and I got it checked out and they said it's nothing to worry about.
