It would be interesting to know what age you are? Is the photo of the lower part of your penile shaft and if so do you shave off the pubic hair?

Fordyce spots
Fordyce spots are small, yellow-white bumps that develop on various parts of the body. They are common on the lips or inside the cheek, but may also form around the head or shaft of the penis.
Fordyce spots are oil glands that do not have hair follicles, as most other oil glands do. They may be mistaken for a symptom of a STD, but they are harmless and usually do not have any symptoms

I'm 40 years old.
And the picture is of the foreskin pulled back (I had to crop it to reduce the size).
been a few years since I've shaved my pubs off. lol

Okay, wasn't sure what area you were in - I thought there was a distinct lack of any sign of hair!
In terms of the Fordyce Spots I did some previous searches on at what age they appear but have drawn a blank so far - if you get any useful info you can pass-on it would be good if you can update your Forum Thread here .....
