Are these gallbladder removal scars normal?

imageI had laproscopic gallbladder removal( key hole) the day before yesterday. I didn't expect to have to need 15 staples or for the insisions to be so big? is this normal? please see pictures *graphic

    mine are probably about the same size if not a little smaller but i had stitches

    It is very early days, but give it some time and the scars will heal and shrink in size. Remember that a lot of healing needs to take place internally beneath what you can see and you just need to give it time.

    I had my op early 2020 and my two incision scars are barely visible, they are just very small faint lines. After surgery my incisions where glued, and not stitched or stapled.
