Hello, I've had these lesions that look like bumps on my labia minora, next to the opening of my vagina for 8 years (since my early teenage years). They haven't changed, nor grown in size since they first appeared and they are soft to the touch. I thought they are normal and part of my anatomy so I haven't checked them, but now I'm thinking if they could be genital warts. What do you think?

The photos are too bad for anything to be seen. If they were there in your early teenage days, I would assume that you were not sexually active when they appeared, so it is unlikely for them to be genital warts.

As john says, they're unlikely to be an STD. I'm inclined to think they're just vestibular papillomas.
