Are these genital warts?

I'm unable to get a doctor's or sexual health appointment at the moment due to Covid, but I'm really panicking that some lumps I've found around the entrance of my vagina.

I've recently experienced itching and pain and treated myself for thrush. It seemed to clear up after a week or so (but has now returned), but while in the midst of the pain and itching I had a proper look and noticed some bumps around the entrance of my vagina that I don't think I've ever noticed before. I'm really panicking that they're genital warts!

Does anyone know what they might be?
