Are these genital warts ? GRAPHIC!

I noticed these bumps ( first picture) on my vuvla may 7th. They dont bother me at all. ! I went and got tested for stds and stis and all results where negative. My obgyn thought it was thrush from a mild yeast infection i had. So i looked at the bumps again today to see if they where there and they look different now (second pic) however i checked again around an hour later and they are almost gone! sorry my period came on

    hi, they look like warts to me. You can use apple cider vinegar on them and it should turn white if they are warts. when they did the STD test did they swab or blood test ?
