Are these genital warts? Please help, I'm so worried

I have spotting before and after my period until now then I've found something inside my vagina. Is this a symptoms of an HPV?

      i dont think thats anything i believe i have the same... is it bothersome? Mentally it is for me

      I don't know too. Maybe I'm just overthinking because I have spotting for long period that is unusual to me.
