I recently noticed these wart like inside my vagina. I have looked internal genital warts and they looked nothing like this but still causes me to worry. I also recently noticed like metallic smell with my discharge. I also had polyps before so a bit unsure if these are polyps or genital warts or what? I appreciate your opinion. Thank you

just an update, this is what they look now. i recently had sex and they a look a bit more bulging. do you think these are genital warts?

No, this is a normal structure of the vaginal vestibule, there are no neoplasms.
