Are these issues related to Sertraline?

Been on 150mg for 12 weeks. Started on 100mg for 3 then went up to 150mg.
I take them at 11pm before bed as it helps me get a decent sleep. Today I woke up with diarrhea. I didn't feel unwell or anything, just the need to pass gas and it turned out to be a very near accident. I had a second poop and it was not watery this time it was just loose.
I did some exercise for 15 minutes and during exercise I drank 2 glasses of water. About a pint in total. I finished and washed and brushed my teeth and ended up vomiting the fluids back out as I was brushing my tounge.
Shortly after I went to the shop and picked up a bottle of Oasis. A small bottle. I drank 3/4 when I got home and almost instantly I felt sick. I ran to the bathroom and the pop came back out.
If I sip pop/water this doesn't happen. I don't feel unwell and most of my other symptoms have gone. I had a Madras curry last night - a small bowl - and I'm wondering if that has anything to do with it.
Has anyone else had anything like this? It's not fever, or a bug.

Diarrhea is a common side effect that comes and goes.
How are you doing? Better after the dosage increase? I think i’ll up to 100mg.
Do you feel like anxiety is better but kind kf sadness and numbness is happening? Did it go away after raising the dose?

Most of the side effects have gone. It took a while longer for me because I started on a high dose and was upped pretty quickly. I get some bouts of depression, and some anxiety, but it's 60% better than it was before.
I do feel flat and numb yes. I'm not depressed, but I'm not happy. If that makes any sense. It's a strange feeling.
I feel like I'm living in a very weak haze most of the time lol.

I am currently weaning myself off 50mg of Sertraline due to stomach issues and running to the loo on numerous occasions everyday. Since I have reduced to 25mg, no more running to the loo, my doc said that normally happens in the first 2 weeks, but I had it for 12 weeks the length of time I have been on them! I have read elsewhere that diarroea is a side effect and should disappear after the first 2 weeks, however not in my case.
Perhaps you need the advice of your GP, the increase in dosage may have started the side effects again, you could always reduce back to 100mg and see if this makes a difference, or try a couple of weeks at 125mg and then go to the 150mg.
Good luck
