I had sex with a spermicidal lube condom and these popped up one day after i have 7 total are they normal ingrown hairs or are they symptoms of an sti? !

Yes, it's started to scab. Avoid sex for now. Wash with soap and water twice daily and apply Savlon cream or another antiseptic after washing to keep it clean.

this is what it turned into a itchy red bump should i be concerned i feel the bump and there is something round inside im scared that it could be penile cancer and im 18 years old by the way

I think the problem has resolved but as to what caused it I can't tell. Perhaps it was a reaction to the spermicide at the outset. I don't think it is cancer. If you need reassurance you should try to see your doctor and allow them to examine you.

it turned into this though its another bump that feels like there is build up under is there a kind of cream i can get for it
