I have had these rashes/whitehead-looking things on the frenulum of my penis for almost a year now. There were only three when I first noticed it, and remain the same for about six months. Now, they have increased in number. Is this a sign of STD?

They look quite worrying, I also have a lump on the corona part of penis head, its been there for around 4months. no pain or itchiness just there.
