I am worried that I might have some kind of parasite. I get these incredibly tiny specks in my stool, they are all the same size and shape when I find them. They are not jelly like or squishy, rather firm and when opened they have some sort of yellow substance inside of them. Are these eggs or perhaps seeds? Any help or advice would be appreciated.
