Are these patches in my mouth normal?

The first picture is what my mouth looked like a few weeks ago and the next 3 are how my mouth looks like now. Admittedly I don't really know how it's supposed to look. I only noticed the red and white discolouration when I looked because I had a sore throat. I just know it hasn't gone away and it's been there a while. It doesn't hurt or bleed. Should I be concerned or is this what it's supposed to look like? I'm a 30 year old female if that makes any difference.
