Are these plantars warts?

I have had these spots on the bottom of my right foot for as long as i can remember. I have tried freezing them, soaking in apple cider vinegar, duct tape, and a few other remedies and everything i try makes the skin around them white but doesnt affect the center, which appears to be wart "seeds". They are only painful sometimes, as the skin on the bottom of my feet is quite thick and tough. In the past year or so, I have also noticed the little white pits spreading to the rest of my right foot as well as my left foot too now! I saw photos for 'pitted keratolysis' which looks extremely similar; however, the diagnosis mentions its directly correlated with a foul odor and my feet are hardly ever smelly (only a little maybe after a long day in cheap shoes?) I'm not sure what to do, or how to get rid of these spots. I love going barefoot and, due to my admitted vanity, I'm concerned they look disgusting.. but moreso, I'm concerned it may be contagious. Anyone know how to help?File size is too big

    Hi ...

I can relate....those look just like mine. Those black pin heads are really hard and you have to get them off for relief like with wart remover...it loosens them so you can take tweezers and pull them off but I have one that keeps coming back!!

We probably are gonna have to go to the dr for permenancy.
