My labia minora has been shaped like this for ages. I can't see my Gyno till September. Are these skin tags caused by friction or just non-cancerous growths. Please if anyone has insight please comment. I'll post a photo in the comments, only way I can do so.

More information, they dont hurt or feel hard. The picture kind of clump these together but they are kinda look more like skin projections coming from the natural skin on my labia minora. I have also done the apple cider vinegar test and they don't burn or turn a different color. I don't know how valid that test is. I would just like some peace of mind before seeing my GYNO.
