Hello, so I have confirmed these are warts. I have been treating them with Apple Cider Vinegar (Raw with the Mother) by dabbing a cotton ball with ACV. After about 3 days of treatment the warts have blackened and fell of by itself.

For anyone who is facing insecurity and stress about genital warts, here is my treatment roadmap and what happened:

Day 1: Soaked a cotton ball in ACV before going to bed, left it on the spot while sleeping - no pain on this day.

Day 2: Woke up and warts were swollen and white, I was really stressed that it might have worsened. Soaked another cotton ball with ACV and applied it to the area before bed. There was mild stinging pains on this day from the ACV.

Day 3: Woke up, warts have shrunk and and turned a darker yellow color, the ACV did some minor tissue damage to the rectum from moving in my sleep. Applied vaseline to it during the day to soothe the pain. This time I dipped a cotton earbud in ACV, gently dabbed the area for about 5 minutes and went to sleep.

Day 4: Woke up, the warts are all gone, feeling much better since it has been a stressful few days. The ACV worked and I will keep using it on the spot for a few more days, but only with cotton earbuds for now.

Please note that this might not work for everyone, and people with more sensitive skin get a lot more pain from the acidity of the ACV. Do not move a lot while you have the ACV applied or in place with the cotton ball, as this friction will tear soft tissue.

Good luck, don't be stressed, and if this does not work for you there are several other treatments available too!
