Are these symptoms of fibromyalgia or something else?

Ok, so bare with me as I want to disclose my full medical history within the past year. Last April/May diagnosed with mononucleosis. A few months later, IT band syndrome which was causing fluid buildup in the knee and excessive knee pain (no running, sudden movements etc...), and also excessive wrist pain (De Queryvains tensynovitis). Then soon to follow multiple herniated cervical discs, excessive teeth grinding, chronic lower back pain, numbness/burning/tingling in the legs. I get sharp chest pains and sharp stomach aches/cramps as well in other random areas of my body. Regular headaches, the type of headache varies. I'm always exhausted. I never have energy and I always have to force myself to get up in the morning or to do things in general where it used to be I get to do this. I've gained 30 lbs within this time frame. My stomach is messed up. I get really bad pelvic cramps (not on period). I basically have pain all over my body and am tired all the time. New allergy to latex. Forgetful. I know there's more but this all started when I was 26. The only thing I might have suspected would happen would be the wrist pain.
