i was on 45 mg mirtrazine feeling ok but still not right doctor added 3.75 venlafaxine after week felt like my old self dr then reduced my mirt to 30 mg and upped my venlafaxine to 75 mg feeling anxious and hot sweats .will things get better how long .

Yes it is hard. I remember the feeling...and this rough patch will feel like eternity. But it is doable. Give yourself a break for a while. Let your brain reboot and your body rest a while and don't lose heart. Lots of ups and downs to look forward to at first. But it is doable. Lots of people on here who have been or are going through the same. It is a comfort I think. xx

I have just chilled out today pottering keep saying to myself it's just the adjustment like you say Thankyou for your positive response so helpful and yes it is a comfort to know others have successfully trodden this horrible path xx

I know it seems endless however you have to be patient and keep working towards feeling better.Use relaxation techniques meditation etc.l know it is hard but practice will help with that.Medication will help however you will have to work hard on yourself.lt's a long journey so stay focused and you will get there in the end.
