Are these warts?

My partner and I have been together for the past six years, and I am 32 years old and heterosexual. We're in an extremely happy relationship, and I have no reason to suspect that either of us is cheating on the other. While using the restroom earlier today, I saw a skin tag on my thigh near my scrotum and promptly peeled it off. Examining myself further, I saw four lumps: three in the area of my pubic hair and one on my penis. I was wondering if these were warts or if it might just be some kind of irritation, like razor bumps. It causes zero discomfort at all. imageimage
