Are these worms in my stool!?!? Parasites ?!?

I have been really bloated lately, maybe because im eating to much? who knows. Anyways over the weekend i bought some Chinese food and I started to see this in my stool.... At first they were less visible but now its everywhere. I am so confused. I have no symptoms whatsoever besides the bloating I guess and thats been going on for weeks now. im not going to lie but since ive been using the restroom and see whats coming out i feel less bloated.

what do you guys think ?

parasites or undigested food???
