Are they fordyce spots? My gynaecologist terms these spots as normal

I ask a gynaecologist about these spots, she considered them normal, but now they are increasing day by day,

My question is can fordyce spots appears on vaginal opening too, and inside the vaginal hole too?

and does they affect couple intimacy?

As by touching, feels like touching an injured skin area, although I didn't feel pain

but experiencing pelvic pain from past week as I had UTI

    I also have vaginal infection and the treatment is going on, but the medicines and special creams didn't work on these spots,

    infact, they're spreading more n more by time in vaginal area,

    Is there's a need to consult with other Gynaecologist or not?
