i have never had sex and i had them even before ever doing anything sexual with a guy, i got checked out last year and the gyno said they were normal and they were just extra skin that formed into little bumps and i should not worry but i cant stop thinking about it:/ Please help me i want peace of mind because i'm a hypocondriac and i can't go to a gyno

If your doctor said that then you should stop worrying and thinking about it...
