Lately ive noticed i cam feel my vein running down my left inner thigh going down past my knee cap. Think its called the femoral vein. Are you suppose to be able to feel that vein on your skin?

I have Venous Reflux and that vein gives me trouble a lot. It's because I work in retail, so standing for a long time without moving puts pressure on the veins and i don't get much circulation. I stretch often in ways that take pressure off of the leg (if im standing I'll lift my knee up and hold it in my hand for a few seconds then switch) and I try to find excuses to walk around the store like picking up trash and handbaskets. Not a medical professional obviously just telling you what it cost me a 500 dollar ultrasound (US) and a few months of pain to find out.
