area around uretha leaking odorless blood stained urine

I am female. I am recovering from a UTI which was set off recently by a trapped kidney stone in my left kidney. It could have got very nasty but moved on its own, releasing a long steam of trapped, blood stained urine over 2 days. It was treated with antibiotic and appeared to clear. However it seemed to leave a residue of a small brown "leak" seeping out from my bladder, all the time. I need to wear a pad over it, the place marked is right above the outlet of my bladder NOT lower. It leaks gently most of the time. It is not part of my usual release of urine - I am not incontinent. A week after after I had ended the antibiotic, I resumed some normal work around the house , including water garden with large cans. Thus triggered a major bright red bleed with urine from my bladder.

I went to A&E and had a urine test - no infections - and a kub CT scan - clear. The leaking patch around my bladder has not yet cleared , if anything it is bigger and redder and more persistent since the lifting. It looks like a large pinkish red blot when i wear a pad over it. It is odorless. it seems to leak more when I exercise. I have no other bladder issues that i know about. I am not incontinent My regular urine is clear. It started up with my UTI treatment recently and was made worse by the heavy lifting. .

I phoned my GP who thought it might be some sort of burst blood vessel associated with the bladder area . She said to apply antiseptic to the area. This does not seem to make any difference. Anyone else come across anything similar. ?
