Arguing in your head

Anyone else do is? A couple of months ago, a new neighbour moved in next door, and before i had even met him i had a massive aguement/fight with him in my head over parking of cars outside house. My brain is always full, i have questions, answers, replys etc to any situation in my head, so i knew a man was moving in next door so in  my head and before me met we had this massive argument about parking space,we even had a fight and then made up friends again and then we were all happy and drinking beers in my outdoor garden in the summer, only thing is he only moved in last week and all this happened in my head. This argument has caused so many problems i dont know what to do, i was going to say sorry to him if he pops round to borrow a cup of sugar, but that might cause further problems. By the way, i am tee total and have still not met him, but i bought beers for us when we are friends again.

Doesn't everyone do that? At least to some extent... I've always done it, but then everyone always told me I was a bit weird. I'm in my 70s now, so no longer worry about being thought "different". In fact, I take it as a compliment!cool

3 years on and I have got even worse. My extream anger is very very serious now. I feel I could kill someone. I've phoned my local crisis team begging them for help and received a letter yesterday explaining that the woman I spoke to didn't believe me and she's taken me off the mental health list and told me to go to my gp instead!! I phoned her back again yesterday to ask why after 4 years and she laughed at me and put phone down on me 😤😤😤 . I've been to see my gp today who has put me back on Citalopram and told me he would contact them asap.. so I am back on a huge waiting list yet again.. I might have to do something I regret to get some help I really need. Just taken my first 40mg Citalopram and within 20 minutes my teeth are grinding??? What's happening to me??
