Armpit pain

Hello everyone! I'm new here and would love to feel like I'm not the only person in the world to feel as bad as I do! I'm 44 and over the last 4 or more years I have dealt with perimenopause symptoms. Ovarian cysts, biopsies on thick uterine lining, cervical ectropion and fibrocystic breasts. I'm so tired of being sick and tired all the time. Now yesterday I started with a new issue. Pain in my right armpit. There's no swelling or lump just aching and discomfort. Had anyone else dealt with this? Peri has made my anxiety through the roof and made me a hypochondriac!! So as you can guess I'm freaking out! I am a few days away from my period or at least I think I am. They seem to be all over the place lately. I'd love to hear back if anyone else has experienced this. Thank you all!

    Allison, I think you read my mind with this armpit pain/discomfort. I came online to check for this and bang, the first discussion is yours and for armpit pain.

    I have / had even before this armpit discomfort on and off, but on the left side. Again, there are no lumps or any real reason for the pain. I am like 5 months short of entering menopause, so on paper still in perimenopause. Have had at different points since I started this hell 4ish years ago almost all the symptoms, had ultrasound, biopsy and blood tests for cervical & overian cancer, but was cleared. Had ECG done 3ish years ago, again cleared. Am tired of having to deal with new (and old) symptoms all the effing time!

    Well...sorry for the long reply, but you are definitely not alone. Some of us are "blessed" with all the symptoms while most of us seem to just sail thru with not even a peep!

    Hang in there....I hope we find the way forward soon!

      Thank you so much for taking the time to reply! I live in a house with my husband and our 4 sons so I'm pretty sure they think I'm losing my mind! Lol The problems I have are to much to even list but for some reason this armpit pain (right side) has completely freaked me out. I get fixated on it and am convinced its something sinister. I hope that you feel better soon also!

    OMG, this symptom has just come back to me, and makes me nuts! Right arm pit, little bit on right breast and down to ribs at times. Right ELBOW of all damn things. Mammo's are fine. Just scary!!!!

    yes yes yes....I have suffered with this, I even went to my GP who couldnt find anything and said it was hormonal. it also started going into my right boob and upper arm. Funnily enough a month later my routine breast screening appointment came through. All was normal. Another few weeks passed and so did the ache and discomfort, to be replaced by another miserable meno symptom. I hope youres passes soon too x
