Armpit pain,radiating down to elbow

I've been going through peri-menopause for about 4 years now and it has been a rocky road. I've had strange and bizarre symptoms on and off the entire time.

Most recently I've had major pain in my left armpit. About 4 days BEFORE it started hurting,I went to the doctor for a breast exam and she said my lymph node was slightly swollen but nothing to worry about. I also had a mammogram and ultrasound and the radiologist confirmed it's nothing to worry about. Again, this was all a few days BEFORE it started to hurt.

So now for about 3 weeks it's been achy and sore, sometimes prickly,like the armpit hair is rubbing against a tight shirt (but it's not.)

All my other peri symptoms are in full force as well....brain fog,sore joints,sore lower back,muscle twitching,hot flashes,night sweats,mouth/gum prickly-ness,cold hands, etc.

I'm used to almost all of it except this new armpit pain. Anyone else have this weird wacky symptom and how long have you been dealing with it?

    i get armpit pain left side but usually before a period which for me is every 18 days x

    yes I get armpit pain. Sent my anxiety through the roof as I found 2 lumps which are painful before and during period! Had 2 breast clinic appointments and the breast consultant said they were superficial lumps after mammogram and ultrasound. I still have my lumps which feel bigger while on period and painful with armpit pain. Good you've got it checked out.

    Thank God for this forum. i came here to write about my left arm pit pain also. its a sore acke feeling, the pain continues down the inner upper part of my arm. must i also say i am on my cycle which started 4 days ago. i am also having terrible lower back pain , headaches and bad nausea. you writing about your experience made me feel so much better. i believe its all tied to menopause. i too am so sick of all this. praying for all you ladies. be well

    im 52 and can honestly say i cant take anymore

    This last wk ive been experiencing under arm pain more so in left one but still feel it in the right.

    Im worried sick which is not helping

    Just hoping this is another one of the many symptoms we have to deal with
