Armpit rash and black patches

I have these armpit black patches. They are sometimes itchy. I have had them for 4-5 months now. I went to doctor and took over the counter medications but it didn't help. Please tell me what to do. I am 16 years old.

what did your doctor say they were? Were you given any sort of medication?     Sometimes these are quite natural and can be caused by shaving and sunbathing, but as you are only 16 and male[?] I wonder if this applies to you.  If these have only just appeared I would go back to the doctor.

The doctor said that it was due to sweat. and I didn't shave my underarms. I am male.

Yes,they can be caused by sweat especially if you have a darker skintone.  There are some old fashioned remedies you can try. Rub with a cut lemon. Rub with a cut potato.   There isnt a lot you can do...sometimes they fade slightly as you get older, but not always.

I specifically bought intimate lightening dermalmd serum to lighten up my dark spots underneath my armpits, I've only been using for about 4 days now and I'm already seeing a difference. I've tried many products and they've all failed me so when I saw this cream I thought "what the heck, it's worth a shot" and I'm glad I didn't give up and gave it a shot, I'll definitely be purchasing more for the other uneven skin color on my body.

There are several cosmetic and therapeutic products available that can lighten the dark spots. These products must also be supplemented with the organic and natural essential oils. Besides having a soothing effect on the skin essential oils also diminishes any scars or pigmentations. The ideal essential oils for lightening the dark spots are lavender, cinnamon and geranium essential oils. Dilute the oil and apply it regularly on the affected parts.
