Arthritis or Fibromyalgia?

I'm only just starting to learn about this condition and wonder if it does apply to me. I have suffered with severe depression and anxiety that is mainly controlled by drugs. I had a major break down end of 2018 and with that came crippling joint and muscle pain. At one point I could hardly move. It improved as the depression improved. Since then I've had a problem intermittently with my left ankle (swells in heat and long standing), left big toe, my right knee and right hip and most recently my knuckles on my right hand.

The pain mainly occurs at time of rest and when sleeping which is causing me sleep issues. There is a soreness, tingling and burning sensation going on. I have also experienced digestive problems recently but this has improved with the elimination of gluten. I would be so grateful for any information from those of you who have experience of fibro and whether or not you think my symptoms correlate to the condition. I'm 54, a teacher (long standing and stress) but otherwise in good health. I swim regularly and this gives me some relief.
