What tips do you have for preparing for surgery?

    tips that i picked up

get an ice machine ready. better than any pain meds

i had a sport massage the day before to relax the muscles in the shoulder

get very loose clothes 3 sizes bigger

pillow wedge for the bed to sleep against

get a good sling mine is a dojoy ultra 3 its very restrictive in a kind way

wear the sling out. even when you feel better. people give you a wider birth and help you more

take the pain meds if needed. dont be a hero.

set up a mini gym to start moving the joint. and yes it will hurt at first

dont stop moving it or it will freeze up
