Had AS for years ....q.? Does anyone suffer from dizziness and neck pain combined... I cannot look up or down during this crazy flare up.....thank you Brenda

    Hi Brenda can not relate to the dizzy spells but the neck pain I can all I can suggest is check if they are side effects of your meds

    Not enough personal experience to know if it might be AS, but I've had dizziness at various times caused by: two different meds I'm on for other conditions, hormone disturbances, and eyesight problems. So it's worth looking into those as well.
