AS and stomach problems

My AS symptoms are usually triggered by anything more than a cold virus, I had Covid in the new year which triggered ankle problems, all cleared up now, a few weeks ago I had a virus and was wondering what would trigger, I think it is my stomach, I have a sore inflamed feeling in my lower abdomen, sometimes a dull cramp in the same area, bowel movements seem normal, probably going more because of the anxiety caused by it. Can anyone else relate to this?
