Since 24 years old i was diagnosed with AS severe uveitis inflammation corticosteroids was given back them in the 80 s enormous pain eventually i have to replace both eye lenses for cataracts as the use of steroid drops cause it , in 2012 i was introduce to ENBREL 50 by the reumatologist the medication was work , unlike thw sulphazaline who only work little no on the spine , blood disorder complex case in 2014 i renove thyroid complete as i found exist pappilary carcinoma type 6 , i found Etanacept useful requires caution however powerful medication the rest no work at all , i try all , the CRP CRS always high leumphosities or the white cells always alert , the immune attack the body mistaken think as foreign part joings spine upper thoracic everywhere you name it , inflammation from the blood within ,many have it , and look for solution , others try other things , immune is very complex we hope we keep it under control the beast within

    I got over my AS through diet restriction. I stuck to low starch, low sugar, non dairy, non gluten, and minimal lectin. Basically if you can eat it raw in nature, it ain't real food. I was religious in my diet for a full 12 months, and my immune system reset back to normal. For me, it is ALL about digestive health.

      It is the we are what we eat and drink but those days everything is artificial and even the soil no have the nutrients we are need , all vegetables are cut early storage etc , everything is no natural , is hard to sometimes to follow a strict diet , to my own observation this is an inherited disorder who run on families same as cancer does , to me all run on families inherited , the diet you mention possible work for You I try carrot celery beetroot apple juices and also work but sometimes we need more we are made this way unlike horses who eat grass , the HLAB27 is a blood immune disorder run in families , overactive uncontrollably white cells who attack the joints the Spine , etc something flare this unknown cause because is no active all the time the inflammation I mean , the inflammation is the mother of all troubles, we try different medications exercise etc hopefully they found a cure , same way as cancer thrive among the wealthy and the poor , possible radiation cause it and no many other unknown causes , in this system we will have something regardless what we are eating ,
