I have my regular 8 month visit coming up with my cardiologist soon. Have had a ATA for over 5 years with little to no growth(around 5.3 cm). I've told when the time comes, the only treatment is surgery.
I just read about a "percutaneous femoral artery approach." https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6555279/
Not sure if this is just for special cases or if I could have this as an alternative to regular surgery. If not at this time, could this be an alternative in the future?
