I have faced this issue. While I was playing I got an asthma attack. It took quite a sometime to get back to normal state.

Below are the things which we need to do during an asthma attack:

    1. Sit upright and loosen your clothes.
    2. Take your prescribed Reliever inhaler without any delay.
    3. If you find no relief in 5 minutes after using the Reliever inhaler, take more doses of the Reliever inhaler as prescribed by your doctor.
    4. If there is still no relief, it is important that you call your doctor or visit the nearest hospital without delay. Do not exceed the Reliever inhaler dose without consulting a doctor.
