Asymmetric Sensorial Hearing Loss

Hello for over a year now I've had this hearing loss and the ENT has not helped or prescribed me anything. I'm wondering if anyone has experience with this and what I can do to improve my hearing? I also have TMJ, a deviated septum, Eustacian Tube Dysfunction, Tinnitus and a canted jaw. I'll give myself a year to adjust to this but as a music lover this has taken the meaning from my life and no one seems to think it's a big deal. I'd much rather lose an arm or leg.

Have you had an MRI to check for an acoustic neuroma or other rare affliction?

I have had a CT scan and it showed nothing but the MRI is taking over 2 months to schedule and this started with glue ear that never got cleared so I doubt it.
