At my Wits end with GERD - Been 2 years of on and off nausea. Thoughts?

Symptoms for past 2 years:

Symptom free for 1 week - 2-3 weeks of nausea and severe disgusting bloating/belching up every meal. Sometimes i can eat eggs at 9:00am and be belching up undigested eggs 6 hours later. The regurgitation is gross and none of the Nexium doesn't appears to do anything for me for it, yeah i don't get stomach acid that burns my throat anymore but i am always burping up food and anytime i exercise when i tense my core i am forcing fluid into my mouth.

Lately - I work out a lot and it seems to ruin all my workouts lately, my HR feels elevated, my breathing is off because i have so much pressure on my lungs from the bloating. Thoughts? I am at my wits and and so ready for this to be done with.

LASTLY: I do suffer from anxiety that seems to come and go with GERD - I'm not even sure how the 2 are even remotely related, Grrr...

I am so sorry to hear about your GERD symptoms just now and have no advice to really help you on that. But i have bad medical anxiety at present and that really seems to be increasing my GERD which in turn increases my anxiety. So if your anxiety is bad just now this might explain your symptoms for the 2/3 weeks you have them

Have you been tested for h pylori or gastritis? I had this all the time with gastritis. I sadly still get GERD that comes and goes - it’s worse when I leave it too long between meals or eat foods that are low in fibre and likely to make me slightly constipated. Probiotics and lemon water help me so much. Good luck, it’s an exhausting condition and people who don’t experience it don’t understand how debilitating it is!
