AT MY WITS END. Worried about colon cancer.

I’ve had blood in the toilet on and off for almost 2 years now. Immediately after it happened I went to the doctor. Ct scans, blood work, colonoscopy with biopsies, endoscopy with biopsies, x-rays, a FOT, and ultrasounds. Nothing. No answers. Labs have been slightly off (Neutrophils slightly elevated with regular WBC) Elevated sedimentation rate (34) Elevated C-reactive protein (.9) and yet I was told everything is normal. My symptoms are as follows...

-Rectal bleeding every couple of months that lasts for a few days (I usually have diarrhea before I bleed)

-A lot more gas and gas pain

-Change in bathroom habits

-And recently I’ve felt a bit tired

My last labs were 10 months ago as well as a Ct with contrast.

I have severe anxiety someone please help. I’ve done everything I’m supposed to do when you start having bleeding and not one answer has been found. It’s so frustrating and completely wearing me down 😢

I don't think you have colon cancer. It takes years to develop. Would have been found in a colonoscopy and something would have shown on the CT scan if you had it. It's okay. My mom had rectal bleeding after giving birth and her first colonoscopy showed nothing. But she switched doctors and had a second colonoscopy where hemorrhoids was found. As it's almost been a year, maybe it's time to see another doctor and ask their opinion? Did your original doctors even tell you what they believe is causing the issue since all the tests are turning up clear? Anyways I'm positive you don't have cancer. I know it sucks having health problems when you have severe anxiety, been there before. I think your fatigue could easily be attributed to anxiety, I had severe fatigue when I was going through bad health anxiety three years ago. I hope you can get this all resolved soon.

Thank you so much for responding. I am meeting with a new Gastro Thursday and hoping he can calm my anxiety. Health anxiety is the absolute worst. It’s just hard every time I see blood in the toilet not to freak out. And then you hear people’s stories about their doctor missed things and that doesn’t help the worry. I think what disturbs me is I get the blood in the toilet and not just on paper. So it seems like a lot of blood.
