AT THE END OF THE DAY

At the end of the evening, before going to bed, and shutting your eyes.

Feel good that you got through the day, and be proud of yourselves, that you are all, really stronger than your illness.

Gentle hugs to all xx

most people think there hard because they have big muscle but givr tham a day with fibro and they will find there not as hard as they think and real hardness comes from within its the human spirit telling us to never give up and keep fighting its our spirits our hearts but most of all our most powerfull weapon our minds and as long as we all have the will to carry on then nothing can get in our way not even fibro

We are stronger than many other people in having to deal with our fibro daily. We have to be tough and not allow the fibro take over our lives.

      Gentle hugs wink x

morning Christine so pleased for you taht you were able to go out and have such a great day out. its lovely to hear when 1 of us is having a good day and time. One thing is the tiredness I had that when I had my 3 days out in a row. But it was worth it as it was 3 good days. Im sorting some bits pieces for the charity I support the british heart foundation. Wow!!!!.... Kaz, that's great, what a worthy cause, the heart foundation is..you have raised a lot of money on your own..that's wonderful....we always give anything we don't use or replace to our local City Mission..plus we financially support them too.... All the churches put good money into it..they are basically the local churches mission...so the local churches can get about doing local church stuff..all such .they are such lovely people...soooo good to struggling families and singles..they have set up soo many projects around town..drop in centres..youth drop in centre..drug & alcohol rehab., housing homeless families, counselling, feeding, grief, financial, and family counselling then there's all their op shops...you name it they do it...they are amazing..my husband used to be on the board fir years...they are basically only the CEO etc..that are paid workers and all the leaders of different areas and the rest are voluntary, like my husbands, he runs courses in their half way house, their rehabilitation centre and their office in town...sooo fulfilling...over the years we have both  seen soo many peoples lives changed for the better..it's amazing how stuff we no longer use..our junk..is a real treasure to someone else....be blessed Kaz..have a lovely day..:-) xxx

British heart foundation means alot to me my dad died you 42 of a massive heartache I was coming for 3 when he died. Heart attacks have claimed the lives of every single one on my dads side. I have angina. I do all I can to support them I dont have much in life but what I do I have I pass on to them if its no longer needed. I dont like hoarding stuff where as my husband does. On my mums side its cancer I had a cancer scare in 2004. traumatic time for me and my husband all the tests came back ok. we went through hell back.I have helped our local cancer shop too raised quiet a bi tof money for them too.Churches offer so much help support for people especially those in real need. its good their is that community of support out their. hope your having a good day christine gentle hugs xxsmile
