Atenolol withdrawal after a few days?

Hi there! I'm coming here because I've been insanely sick for about a week now. The only thing I can think of that is different is I tried atenolol for three days (I have POTS). I have no idea if withdrawal effects are even possible after being on a medication for such a short period of time - but I do know that after stopping, that's when all my current symptoms have hit. Some nights I haven't been able to sleep at all because of chest palpitations. It's like I'll fall asleep for a second but my heart will automatically wake me back up. I've also been getting terribly nauseous along with a bunch of other flu-like and chest oriented symptoms.

I figured I'd ask just to see if anyone has experienced anything similar after only trying a beta blocker for a few days then stopping it.

Thank you guys so much for your time and help, truly.
