You need to make sure you get a triathonlon version of the replacement Knee joint. If you tell your consultant your list of sports I sure you will get one.
I told my consultant I wanted to ski, when I checked my joint serial number online, I found I had this version, from what I found out on the triathonlon version the plastic disk is attached to the lower metal piece of the joint ( no clicking)
I have not managed to ski yet because of other health issues with my wife and son,
Good healing

Need to check the Knee serial number online. Stryker make both types of knee joint.
Good healing

It started to be much smoother and click less at 3 months. Again I am almost 4 months out- I picked the surgeon and this is the product he uses- Triathlon- they said some clicking is normal- I don’t know much about the product- just studied the doctor and he never said I would run but anyone looking at this 60 year old would not think I ever ran much anyway. Good luck 🍀 to you.

Abide by the list...
https://patient.info/forums/discuss/do-s-and-don-ts-after-a-tkr-a-typical-list-541794
Anything that pounds the knee (especially running, single tennis, etc.) or twists/torques the knee (skiing) will be a major no-no. True story...and it applies to a TKR as well...
Had my hip replaced in 2009. Saw the doc two weeks later for my checkup and asked him when I could get back on my skates (45 years of hockey). He told I could start right away but then I'd be seeing him in three years because the activity would destroy the new hip. Give up hockey and it would last for 25. I was done...
Same thing here. Do whatever you want but understand the consequences. Plus know that a knee revision is NEVER as strong or as tight as the original replacement. You'll be in pain for the rest of your life with the revision.
Again...everyone makes their own choices...
PS: I'm really dying to get back on my blades again, no competition, no quick turns...just a light recreational skate...maybe even the bunny hill in the winter. Called Donjoy...#1 brace people. Talked to them and my local rep. Told them what I wanted to do...needed a brace recommendation that would TOTALLY LOCK my knee from twisting. Answer: Donjoy Defiance. (picture). OTS starts at $500; fully custom costs $900. Again...this can be used for LIGHT activity. The stuff in your list, including running or anything that pounds the knee, would still be off limits.

That makes me sad .
I have, however, read some articles about this, hinting that perhaps the received wisdom about "wearing out the hardware" is not so worrisome:

https://www.runnersworld.com/other-voices/heres-how-i-returned-to-racing-after-knee-replacement
https://www.arthritis.org/living-with-arthritis/treatments/joint-surgery/types/knee/knee-arthroplasty-replacement-sports.php
and I read some articles in the New York Times but I have to go and can't finish this post....
I'm not that much of a runner anyway, but it would be great to be able to throw a run into the workout mix once a week or so.
and the dream of playing Ultimate Frisbee again......!
We can dream, can't we?

Yeah, like I can dream about strapping on the pads and playing goal or defense again. I've heard about these new super duper joints that are supposed to give you your original life back. Has anyone tried one for 25 years to see how long they really last? I have no clue but I'm not taking the chance regardless of what people claim. I'm 70 and I want mine to last until I'm ash and my wife has my knee, hip and spine mounted on the mantle with a note..."John 2.0...loading...". Looking for a cutthroat shuffleboard league...

I dream of riding a horse again and competing or riding my road bike 30 miles - and I think I have the most high tech Triathlon joint installed. My do did not say I could run or lift more than 50 lbs. at 4 months post op I can now live a great life- I never want to repeat this surgery or screw up. Before the surgery a year ago after total hell from an infection and 3 surgeries I was in a walker with pain and crap everyday. Now I am back in the gym- riding spin bikes- no walker- no cane-no limp so I just have to rebuild my life- you will do great. I know there are miracles but maybe for me a pain free and walker free life is the miracle. I am back to walking 3 miles daily 😊 you will find your groove.

Yes and after all that dreaming: I just broke my knee cap!
4 weeks post surgery– after working almost a full day, then going to the gym, I thought, well I’ll walk the dogs before icing, I’m doing so well, so, off we go. I’m feeling a little sore, but that’s not unusual with TKR, right?
Anyway, I’m just walking along and the dog's galloping around like usual, and veers over and bumps me right on the knee from the behind/side (really not even hard - he's not even a big dog). Just as I say “no!” I feel the knee shift out of joint then back in, then a rush of pain. I collapse on the trail and scream and cry for a bit (I know I’m screwed and my TKR recovery is screwed).
So, I broke my knee cap somehow. The good news is my Knee Replacement parts and connections seem unaffected according to the xrays. The bad news is 6 week recovery for the knee cap (after surgery to fix it), then I can get back to recovery from the TKR.
I”ll see my surgeon on Monday, to confirm or change the above ER diagnosis, and to schedule surgery.
Bitter.
